The Rio Creative Conferences (Rio2C) conference brought together professionals from audiovisual, music and games focused on the relationship between brands and content. Estimates indicate that the event generated an impact of R$ 200 million in the economy of Rio de Janeiro and R$200 million in new business. The Rio2C happened between the days 3 and 8 of April in City of the Arts (RJ).
Companies from 32 countries participated in the event, which had more than 2,400 negotiation tables and 650 projects presented. Artists such as Emicida, Karol Conka and Johnny Hooker participated in the lectures.
This year, Apex-Brasil took the space Be Brasil, conceived in partnership with the Brasil Music Exchange, Brazilian Content, Brazilian Game Developers, Cinema do Brasil and Film Brazil projects. This area was intended for those interested in lectures with great names in audiovisual, music and games.
The Brasil Music Exchange (BME) – a project that aims to foster the Brazilian music companies’ exports promoted since 2002 by the Brasil, Música & Artes (BM&A) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) – supports this showcase.
