MaMa generates USD 100 thousand of business prospection for eight participating companies of the Brasil Music Exchange
In its 9th edition, MaMa, one of the most important European events in the music market, held in Paris (France, on October 18 and 19), generated USD 100 thousand of business prospection and over 100 contacts relevant to the eight Brazilian companies that participated in the fair. The national presence is led by the Brasil Music Exchange (BME), a Brazilian music internationalization project carried out through a partnership between Brasil, Música & Artes (BM&A) and Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil).
The agenda organized by the project included business rounds during the “Meet the Internationals” on October 17 and 18, and a happy hour on October 19 at Le Trianon, with the objective of strengthening the contacts between the national delegation and visitors to the fair. On that same day, rapper Edgar introduced his groundbreaking music, in Folie’s Pigalle.
BM&A project manager Leandro Ribeiro took the opportunity of being in the city to meet with the Head of Sound of Havas Music Group/HRCLS, one of the largest advertising agencies in the world. One of the objectives of the meeting was to establish special music branding and sync actions for the next edition of the Brasil Music Summit, which will take place between February 6 and 9, 2019, in São Paulo. “We want to continuously improve the event in order to increase opportunities for BME companies. The meeting was very productive and I believe that we will be able to carry out great actions together”, he says.
